How does the deposit work?
The $10 books your slot and comes off your service total — a $40 Deep Clean means $30 due at pickup. Booking multiple pairs? Add a deposit per pair at checkout.
What shoes do you clean?
Sneakers of every kind, suede and nubuck, leather shoes and boots, canvas, and knits. Not sure about your pair? Book Basic and we'll advise at drop-off.
How long does it take?
Most cleans are ready within a few days — deep restorations can take longer. We confirm timing when you drop off, and you get a text the moment they're ready.
Can you really fix yellowed soles?
Usually, yes — our Sole Revival treatment reverses oxidation on icy and translucent soles. Results vary by sole and age, and we'll tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
Do you do bulk or team orders?
Yes — checkout takes up to 6 pairs, and for teams, resellers, or events, contact us for bulk rates.
