Privacy Policy

Who we are

RepLinkQR ("we", "us") provides dynamic QR codes, mobile landing pages, and scan analytics. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions any time: support@replinkqr.com.

Information we collect

Account details — your name (or brand/school/organization name), email address, and a hashed password. We never store passwords in readable form.
Content you create — landing pages, QR codes, images and files you upload, and settings you save.
Payment status — your plan and billing status. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
QR scan analytics — when someone scans a QR code or visits a page, we record the time, device type, browser, referrer, and an approximate location derived from the IP address (country/region level). This powers the analytics we show to the code's owner.
Technical logs — standard server logs (IP address, request, time) kept for security and abuse prevention.

How we use your information

To run the service (host your pages, redirect your QR codes, show your analytics); to process subscriptions and billing; to secure the platform and prevent abuse and spam; to send account emails such as verification, password resets, and billing notices; and, where you opt in, alert emails or texts. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content or personal data to train AI models.

AI-assisted features

Some tools (for example "suggest a tagline" in the page builder) use a third-party AI service — the Claude API operated by Anthropic — to generate text suggestions. When you use one of these tools, the text needed for the suggestion (such as your page name and page type) is sent to Anthropic to produce the result. These features run only when you click them, nothing is sent in the background, and we recommend not including personal or sensitive information in text you submit to AI tools. Anthropic processes this data as a service provider; see the Anthropic privacy policy for details.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms (sessions, CSRF), and small browser-storage entries for preferences such as dark mode. On the website, free-tier public pages may also carry advertising cookies set by Google (see Advertising below). A notice is shown on your first visit to the website. The iOS app uses no advertising cookies and shows no such notice.

Advertising (website only)

Free-plan public pages on the website may display advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this and other websites. Visitors can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Upgrading to any paid plan removes ads from your pages. The RepLinkQR iOS app displays no advertising and does not track you — pages viewed inside the app are always ad-free.

Service providers we share data with

We share personal data only with the providers needed to run RepLinkQR, each acting under its own privacy commitments: Stripe (payments and billing), Google AdSense (advertising on free public web pages only), Anthropic (AI text suggestions, only when you use an AI tool), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on forms), Twilio (text-message alerts, only if you opt in to SMS), our email delivery provider (account and alert emails), and our hosting provider (servers and backups). We never sell personal data and never share it with data brokers.

Data your visitors give you

If you collect information through your landing pages — lead forms, guestbooks, or alert subscriptions — that information belongs to the conversation between you and your visitor: it is shared with you as the page owner, and you are responsible for using it lawfully and honoring unsubscribe requests. We process it on your behalf and show a notice at the form telling visitors their submission goes to the page owner. Alert subscriptions always require an explicit consent checkbox and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

Gym member sign-in (camera trainer)

Some gyms use our camera boxing trainer (at replinkqr.com/boxing) with member sign-in. Such a gym gives us its member list: each member’s name, email address and, optionally, the gym’s own member number. We use that list only to let those people sign in to that gym’s trainer and to end access when the gym removes or deactivates someone. It is never shown to other members and never sold.
Signing in — a member enters the email the gym has on file and receives a 6-digit code by email. There is no password. We store only a keyed hash of the code; it expires after 10 minutes and works once. A member account holds the email address, a display name and sign-in times; the sign-in cookie stores a random token, and we keep only its hash.
Camera — pose tracking runs on the member’s own device. Camera frames, video and body landmarks are never sent to us.
Training data — training history stays on the member’s device unless the member chooses to share training summaries with a team, in which case that team’s coach can see them. Turning sharing off or leaving the team deletes what was shared with it. Challenge leaderboards show “Athlete #n” unless the member chooses to show their name.
Your choices — members can export their data or delete their member account from the trainer’s Account page; deleting it removes the account and everything shared with teams. The gym keeps its own member list and can remove an entry, or delete the whole list, at any time. Questions or requests: support@replinkqr.com.

The iOS app

The RepLinkQR iOS app is a view of the same service using the same account data as the website. It shows no advertising, uses no advertising or tracking identifiers, and does not link data with third parties for advertising. Purchases and plan changes are not offered inside the app.

Your rights and choices

You can access and correct your account details in Settings, export your data, or delete your account — which removes your pages, codes, uploads, and analytics. You can also email support@replinkqr.com to request a copy of your data or its deletion, and we will act on verified requests within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data and to object to certain processing — the same email address handles all such requests. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Data retention

Account data and content are kept while your account is active and deleted when you delete your account, except records we must keep for legal, billing, or security reasons (for example invoices). Scan analytics are kept to power your dashboards; server logs rotate on a short schedule.

Security

Connections are encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed, uploads are validated, forms are protected against forgery, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong, unique password.

Children

RepLinkQR is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. For gyms with younger athletes, the member list usually holds a parent’s or guardian’s email, and signing in to the camera trainer requires confirming that you are 13 or older, or a parent or guardian signing in for a younger athlete. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

RepLinkQR is operated from the United States and data is processed on servers in the United States. By using the service you understand your information is transferred to and processed in the US.

Changes to this policy

When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email or an in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect means the updated policy applies.
