In loving memory
Their story,
one scan away.
A memorial page for someone you miss — their portrait and story, photos, the moments that mattered, a tribute wall and candles — behind a QR code for the program, the headstone, and everyone who loved them.
Take your time — you can add photos and words whenever you’re ready.
How it works
Three gentle steps
Tell their story
Their name and years, a portrait and photos, and the moments that mattered. Only the name is needed to begin.
Print the code
On the funeral program, memorial cards, a plaque or the urn. We give you a print-ready code and printable cards.
Remember together
Family and friends visit, share memories, light candles and find the service — and you’re told when someone leaves a message.
On every memorial
Everything people look for, in one place
Portrait & their story
Their name, years and the story you want people to know.
Photos
Up to eight to start with — add more whenever you like.
Moments we remember
A gentle timeline of the milestones of their life.
Light a candle
One tap, and everyone sees how many candles have been lit.
Tribute wall
Friends share memories. You can hide any message, and links can’t be posted.
Service details
When and where, with tap-for-directions, plus a livestream link.
A favourite song
Spotify, YouTube or SoundCloud, playing right on the page.
Memorial fund
A button for the charity or fund the family has chosen.
Where the code goes
Wherever people pause to remember
Made with care
The family stays in control
No ads. Memorial pages never show advertising.
Hide any message from the tribute wall, instantly.
Private by default. Not listed in search engines unless you choose it.
Edit anytime. The printed code never changes, so nothing needs reprinting.
Questions families ask
Does it cost anything?
Creating a memorial is free on a free RepLinkQR account, which includes one page and up to three QR codes.
Can I add photos and words later?
Yes. Add photos, change any word or update the service details whenever you like — the printed code never changes.
Who can see the memorial?
Anyone with the code or the link. It isn’t listed in search engines unless you choose that, like a public obituary.
Can I remove a message from the tribute wall?
Yes. Every message appears on My memorials with a Hide button, and it disappears from the page straight away. Links can never be posted there.
Can the code go on a headstone?
Yes. Download the SVG and ask your monument maker for a weatherproof engraved metal, ceramic or UV-printed plaque at least 2 inches wide. Test-scan it before it’s fixed in place.
How long will the code keep working?
For as long as the memorial page is in your RepLinkQR account. For something permanent, keep the account active and keep your own copy of the photos and story.
Keep their story close.
It takes a few minutes to begin, and you can add to it for as long as you like.
