By creating an account or using RepLinkQR you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and verify your email.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to create pages or QR codes that promote harmful, illegal, misleading, phishing, or abusive content. We may scan destinations and remove content that violates these rules.

4. QR codes & redirects

Dynamic QR codes redirect through our service. You are responsible for the destinations you set and for having rights to any brand assets you upload.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Data & privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining consent for any leads you collect through the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
