For gyms, studios & academies
Turn every wall in your gym into a coach.
QR codes on the bag station, the front desk and the window open your gym's training on the member's own phone: coach-built lessons, a camera trainer that follows their punches, round timers and class reminders. Nothing to install.
We build it in your brand, print the codes and send you a live report. You run your classes.

3-Minute Jab-Cross Challenge
5-minute demo · the same thing your members would scan
What members get
A lesson that runs on their phone in seconds — at the gym, or at home between classes.
Timers built for training
Round timers with work and rest, a combination caller for pad and bag work, and simple countdowns for holds and drills.
Step-by-step drills
Stances, techniques and sequences broken into short steps, with your own coach video or photos.
Quick checks
A short quiz at the end so the key points stick — technique, safety, terminology.
Safety first
A lesson can’t go live without your safety notice, and you can require a readiness tick before it starts.
Badges & challenges
Finish a lesson, earn a badge. Join a monthly challenge and climb the leaderboard under a nickname.
Nothing to install
It opens in the phone’s browser from the QR code. No app store and no password. Sign-in is only for team features, and only if you turn it on.
What your gym gets
Everything is set up for you and branded with your colours and name.
Printed QR placements
Posters, table cards, equipment stickers, wallet cards and station posters — one code per spot, so you can see which spot gets scanned.
Your own landing page
One page for your gym with your classes, coaches, the camera trainer, your app, every lesson and your booking link.
Monthly challenges
Most days trained, most lessons finished — a public leaderboard that keeps members coming back. You can hide any entry.
A private live report
Scans per code, lessons started and finished, where people stop, booking clicks. A link you can open any time — no login.
Change it without reprinting
Every code is dynamic. Swap a lesson, run a new challenge or point a poster somewhere else and the printed code keeps working.
Private by design
Lessons need no account. If you turn on member sign-in, members use a one-time email code matched to your member list, with no passwords. Leaderboards show only a nickname they choose, and the report shows totals, never names.
For boxing gyms
A camera trainer with your gym’s name on it
Members prop up their phone, step back and train. The camera follows the drill, and a coach’s voice calls the rounds. It carries your name, like “New Era Camera Trainer”, and your colours.
- Follows the drill. Punches, defense and footwork are tracked on the phone during guided drills, with an honest summary at the end of each session.
- Drills and games. Jab and combination drills, a defense trainer, footwork, reaction games and a round timer with music.
- A Learn academy. Over 90 short lessons with quizzes — technique, defense, footwork, rules and scoring, safety — plus a beginner training guide, multi-week workout plans and printable reference cards.
- Your coaches on the Learn page. Add your coaches’ own tips and the videos you recommend in your admin. They show at the top of the Learn page.
- Video never leaves the phone. Camera processing happens on the member’s device. No video or camera images are uploaded or saved.
Works on iPhone and iPad with iOS / iPadOS 15 or newer, or an up-to-date Chrome, Edge or Firefox. It counts what the camera sees; it doesn’t measure power or replace a coach.
Station codes around the gym
Put a poster at a spot in the gym. Scanning it opens that drill in the camera trainer straight away. Each station has its own code, so your report shows which spots get used.
Jab Station
Throw clean jabs on the call and bring the hand home.
Defense Station
Block, parry, slip and roll on the coach’s call.
Footwork Station
Step forward, back, left and right to the floor markers.
Reaction Challenge
Colors and arrows. React fast, react right.
We design and print the posters in your brand.
Members and coaches, when you want them
Training works without an account. Turn on member sign-in and the camera trainer adds teams and coach tools.
Sign-in from your member list
Import your member list or add people one by one. Members sign in with the email you have on file and a one-time code. No passwords.
Teams and coach mode
Coaches sign in with their RepLinkQR account to run teams, set assignments, check members into class and run team challenges.
Members choose what to share
A member’s training stays on their phone until they share a summary with a team. Never video, camera images or body landmarks.
Included
Your gym’s own app, without the app store
Members open it from your QR code and add it to their home screen. It carries your name, your colours and your timetable.
- A training timer. Rounds with a combination caller for boxing and kickboxing gyms. Interval workouts like Tabata and circuits for everyone else.
- Reminders before class. Members pick their classes and get a notification before each one. Or they add the class to their phone’s calendar.
- Open now, next class. Your hours and class schedule, in your time zone, with a countdown to the next class.
- Lessons and progress. Your QR lessons, badges, challenges and a training calendar, saved on the member’s phone. No account.
- One tap to the camera trainer. When your gym has the camera trainer, the app links straight to it.
Demos run for sample gyms. Push reminders on iPhone work once the app is added to the Home Screen.

Posters to print and share
Two ready-made posters about QR training for gyms and studios. Pin one to a community board, put it up at the front desk, or hand it to a gym owner who should see this. The code on each poster is live and opens this page.
Fits letter paper (8.5 × 11 in). Want them with your gym’s name and colours? That’s part of a pilot.
Questions gym owners ask
Does it check a member’s form with the camera?
QR lessons don’t: some show the phone’s camera as a mirror so members can watch themselves, and nothing is analysed or recorded. The optional camera trainer does track movement to follow the drill and count what it sees. That runs on the member’s phone (iOS / iPadOS 15 or newer, or an up-to-date Chrome, Edge or Firefox), and no video or camera images are sent to us. Neither one measures power, and neither replaces a coach’s eye for form.
Do members need an app or an account?
No app. QR lessons open in the phone’s browser with no account. If you want member-only extras, like the camera trainer’s teams, coach dashboards and class check-in, you can turn on member sign-in: members enter the email you have on file and get a one-time code. There are no passwords to manage.
Is your gym’s app in the App Store?
No, and it doesn’t need to be. It’s a web app: members open it from your QR code and add it to their home screen, where it gets your icon and works like any other app, including the timer with no signal. Updating your schedule updates everyone’s app.
Which sports is the camera trainer for?
Boxing and boxing fitness for now. Martial arts, yoga and other studios get QR lessons, challenges and their own gym app.
Can we use our own videos and coaches?
Yes. Lessons can use your photos, demonstration videos and coach names. We can also start from ready-made lessons for boxing, martial arts, yoga and more.
Is it safe for beginners and younger members?
No lesson can be published without a safety notice, you can require a readiness tick before it starts, and each lesson shows the minimum age you set.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many lessons and locations you want. Send the form below and we’ll reply with a quote for a pilot.
Just want a simple page with your schedule?
That’s our self-serve product — see QR codes for gyms, which you can set up yourself in a few minutes. QR codes for gyms.
