For allergy-aware kitchens

Every dish, with what is actually in it

List the allergens and the dietary tags — vegan, halal, gluten-free, whatever applies — on each dish of your scannable menu. Guests read it for themselves at the table, and your servers stop reciting an ingredient list from memory.

Allergens on the dish itself

Up to eight allergens per dish, shown as chips right under the name — not buried in a footnote on the back page that nobody reads.

Dietary tags in your words

Tag a dish vegan, vegetarian, halal, kosher, gluten-free, dairy-free — up to six tags each, worded exactly the way your kitchen words them.

The full ingredient line

A plain ingredient list under each dish for the guest who would rather read it than ask about it.

Fix it the minute the recipe changes

Changed the bun, changed the stock, changed the supplier? Update the dish and every printed code on every table reflects it at the next scan.

Guests just scan

No app, no account. The camera opens the menu and the allergen chips are right there on the dish.

One menu, not a separate sheet

Allergens sit on the same page as the photo, the price and the description — so the information is where people are already looking.

Questions

Does this replace asking the staff about an allergy?

No, and it should not be sold as though it does. The menu shows exactly what you type into it. A guest with a serious allergy should still speak to your staff, and your kitchen is still responsible for what it serves and for cross-contact in the kitchen. Treat the tags as a head start on that conversation, not the end of it.

How many allergens and tags can one dish carry?

Up to eight allergens and up to six dietary tags per dish, plus a free-text ingredient line. You write the wording yourself, so it matches how your kitchen actually describes things.

Is the allergen menu free to build?

Yes. Dish names, photos, prices, descriptions, ingredients, allergens and dietary tags are all part of the free plan — one menu page and three QR codes, with a small RepLinkQR ad on the public page. Paid plans from $9.99 a month remove the ad.

Can I update allergens after the QR codes are printed?

Yes. The printed code never changes — you edit the menu behind it as often as the kitchen needs, and that costs nothing. It is the whole reason for putting the menu behind a code instead of on card stock.

Do you translate the menu for international guests?

No. The menu shows exactly the text you type, in the language you type it. There is no automatic translation, so if you want a second language you would write it in yourself.
