For local service businesses

A booking QR code for a one-chair business

Print a QR for the van door, the shop window, or the back of your card. Customers scan and get your service list with prices, your hours, and a button that takes them straight to wherever you take bookings.

The price list that ends the DM

A services block takes a name, a price, and a line of detail. Full clean 35, suede restoration 60, pickup within five miles free. Send the code instead of typing it out for the fiftieth time, and let the price-shoppers answer their own question.

A book button pointed at whatever you already use

The page isn't a calendar and doesn't sync your availability. The button goes wherever your bookings actually happen: Calendly, Square, Booksy, a text, a phone call, a form. One tap from the scan, instead of three inboxes you keep forgetting to check.

Hours and house rules, said once

Post your hours so nobody asks whether you work Sundays. Put the deposit, the cancellation window, and the turnaround time in the FAQ block. The awkward conversation is over before they book.

Before and after sells better than words

A gallery or carousel of your own work does the convincing: the trashed pair next to the finished pair, the driveway before and after. Add reviews you have genuinely collected in the testimonials block, and a coupon block for slow weeks.

Deposits go straight to you

Payment and tip buttons open your own Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or a payment link. The money moves from the customer to you. RepLinkQR never sits in the middle of it and never holds a cent of it.

One code, on everything you own

The same code goes on the van door, the shop window, the back of your card, the flyer on the laundromat board, and the receipt you hand back. Raise a price at midnight and every one of them is current by morning.

Questions

Does this actually book the appointment, or just show my page?

RepLinkQR gives you the page and the code. It isn't a scheduler and it doesn't know your availability. Your book button opens whatever you already run bookings through, or a form, or a tap-to-call. If you have no booking tool yet, start with the phone number and swap the button for a link later.

Do my customers need an app to scan it?

No. Any current phone camera reads a QR code on its own. They point, your page opens, they see your prices and tap the button. Nothing to install and no account to make on their end.

What does it cost?

The free plan gives you 3 QR codes and 1 page, and you can keep editing what's on that page for as long as you want. Paid plans start at $9.99 a month and add more pages, remove the ads from your public page, and let you put your logo and colors on it. Taking the RepLinkQR name off the page entirely is on Pro at $19.99.

Can I change my prices after the codes are printed?

Yes, and rewriting the page is free. Edit your service list and every code already on a van or a business card shows the new prices at the next scan. One thing to be straight about: sending that same printed code somewhere else entirely, like a different website, is a Pro feature rather than a free one. Changing what sits on the page behind it is always free.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your page and your printed code don't vanish. You go back to free plan limits, 3 codes and 1 page, and the paid extras switch off: ads return to your public page, and extra pages and custom branding go away. The page keeps working and you keep editing it.

Where should I put the code so people actually scan it?

Wherever someone is already standing still and wondering about you. The van door at a red light is a bad spot; the parked van at a job site is a good one. Shop window at eye height, business card, receipt, flyer, the corner of an invoice. Keep it at least an inch across and high contrast, and test-scan the printed version before you order a hundred of them.
