Accessibility

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to create, scan and read RepLinkQR pages, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

What we aim for

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, for replinkqr.com and the RepLinkQR iOS app. That includes text alternatives for images, labelled form fields, keyboard access with a visible focus outline, a skip-to-content link, and color contrast that meets AA in light and dark mode. We have not had an independent audit, and some parts may not fully meet the standard yet.

Pages made by our users

Landing pages, menus and memorials are written by the people who create them. We give creators alt-text fields and accessible building blocks, but we can't guarantee every page a creator publishes is accessible. Tell us about a page that isn't and we'll pass it on and help where we can.

Report a problem

If something on RepLinkQR is hard or impossible to use, email support@replinkqr.com (subject "Accessibility") or use the contact form. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you use. We reply within 5 business days and can usually help you finish the task another way while we fix it.
