Refund Policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime from Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account moves to the free plan. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake (for example twice for the same period), contact us within 30 days and we'll refund the extra charge.

Purchases made in the iOS app

Subscriptions bought in the RepLinkQR iOS app are charged by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancel in your Apple Account settings.

Store shirts

Every shirt is printed to order with your own QR code, so we can't take returns for size or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or its code doesn't scan, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund — your choice.

Memorial registrations

A Remembered™ memorial is free for its first 14 days. A paid year of registration keeps it online for 12 months from payment. If you paid and the memorial wasn't kept online, or you were charged by mistake, contact us within 30 days for a refund.

Tutoring sessions and other bookings

When you book and pay a tutor or another page owner, the money goes to them; they provide the session and handle cancellations and refunds. Cancelling through your booking link at least 24 hours before the session gives a full refund. If a session didn't happen and the owner doesn't respond, contact us and we'll help.

Deposits and payment links

Deposits and payment links on brand pages (for example a service booking deposit) are applied to the service they are for. If the service can't be provided, contact us for a refund.

How to ask

Use the contact form (topic "Billing") or email support@replinkqr.com. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
