Copyright & DMCA

Our policy
People upload images, files and text to RepLinkQR pages. We respect copyright and respond to clear notices of infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We remove or disable infringing material and, in appropriate circumstances, close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Designated agent
Copyright notices go to our designated agent: Lamar Brown, RepLinkQR, 7219 Amigo Ave, Apt 103, Reseda, CA 91335 — email support@replinkqr.com (subject "DMCA notice"), or the contact form with the topic "Report a page".
Sending a takedown notice
Your notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) the copyrighted work you say is infringed; (3) the page or file on RepLinkQR (its link) and enough detail for us to find it; (4) your name, address, phone number and email; (5) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. Knowingly false notices can make you liable for damages.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice with: your signature; the material removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the U.S., any district where RepLinkQR may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We forward it to them and may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.
Other problems with a page
For phishing, scams, harassment or anything else that breaks our rules, use "Report this page" on the page itself or the contact form.
